Hire Period

A standard order will be on hire to you for 3 days. Any extra time required may incur a surcharge but this will be discussed at the time of order. There is a £50 minimum spend.

Delivery & Collection

You are welcome to collect and return from us. We can deliver and collect - the cost of delivery and collection will be based on mileage from our base in Portishead, 20 minutes outside of Bristol, to the agreed delivery & collection point. We offer free delivery within a 8 mile radius of our base if your order is over £100. If your event is further afield then please contact us for a quote.

We also offer venue styling with a full, professional installation service. Please contact us for prices.

Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit (50% for orders under £100) is required to secure the items for your date. The deposit is non-refundable. To confirm any order the deposit is to be paid along with the completion of the signed booking form.

Full payment to be received 2 weeks before the event date. No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of payment and the damage deposit.

The remaining balance that is due 2 weeks prior to your event date is also strictly non-refundable, once paid.

Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

Damage Deposit

We require a separate minimum damage deposit payment which is to be paid 2 weeks before the event along with the full receipt of payment. The damage deposit payment will depend on the value of the items hired. This will be discussed at the time of your order. 

Any items damaged or not returned will be deducted from the damage deposit. The items will be invoiced at the price stated at the time of booking. Any amount in excess of the damage deposit will be invoiced and is to be paid within 7 days.

•  The damage deposit will be returned once everything has been checked and deemed to be in good condition. The deposit will be made back to the hirer via bank transfer within 7 days of the items returning.

• We will ask for contact details, venue address and phone numbers on booking.  

• Please pack all items in the containers provided in the same way as you received them. All items are to be returned in the same condition as when hired and are to be clean, stain and wax free when returned.

• We accept no responsibility for injury caused to any person during the hire period. All items hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned.

Packaging/Cleaning
All of your items will be packaged carefully in our packaging/boxes. When returning items please can all china and glassware be washed and returned in the original boxes.

All jars, tea sets, tea pots, jugs, glassware etc, must be washed by hand. Please do not put in the dishwasher.

Any items damaged or not returned will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Lost or Damaged Items Prior to Your Hire

If an item you have booked is damaged or lost prior to your hire taking place you will be informed. We will make every effort to replace the item to match the original as much as possible. As many items are one offs this may not be possible or if this is unsatisfactory, you will be entitled to a refund for that item only. No further compensation will be due.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your order, please do so 30 days before your event. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.

Photography

By using our props, we reserve the right to display images from your event on our website and social media networks. We will credit professionally taken images and not claim them to be our own. We will not display images of people without their permission. We kindly ask that you give us access to any images that you may have from your event.

Hire Refusal

We have the right to refuse a booking to you if we feel the items are not suited to the purpose of your hire, or if you, your company or your event contradicts our company ethos.

Ownership

Should you wish to use any of our photographs or imagery for public / corporate use, you are to write to and expressly request said use. Our company name, tag line, logo and branding are not to be used by any third party other than ourselves. All wording and imagery on our website and social media networks such as Facebook belong to us.
